After the screening of the film Bez tíže, there will be a discussion with the doctor and psychotherapist MUDr. Kateřina Cajthamlová, who has long been dedicated to the topics of a healthy lifestyle, the relationship with one's own body and the psychology of eating. She is known to the wider public, for example, from the television program Jste to, cho jiete, where she helped people change their lifestyle habits. In her practice, she promotes a holistic approach to health that connects physical fitness, psyche and everyday lifestyle.

The debate will follow up on the topic of the film and open up questions about the relationship with one's own body, social pressure on appearance and how to find a healthy balance between lifestyle, psyche and self-acceptance. It will be moderated by Sabina Vosecká.

After the screening of the film Christy, there will be a discussion with representatives of the Patron program. Together, we will open the topic of adolescence after leaving the orphanage, the need for a safe environment, and the great role that one reliable person can play. The debate will offer concrete experiences from practice and show that help does not have to be spectacular to be essential. Admission to the film and discussion is free.

The Patron program helps young people from orphanages integrate into society and prepare for an independent life. After leaving the orphanage, teenage boys and girls are on their own for most things, and therefore it is important for them to know that they have someone to trust and to turn to. The Patron also offers them a rare one-on-one relationship.

The Patron creates a solid point on which young adults can lean after leaving the orphanage. He or she is not tasked with taking on the role of sponsor or parent, but offers his or her time and life experience. He or she also functions as a positive role model, a guide to everyday activities, and helps with successful independence – finding housing, work, and building a relationship. The patron is a volunteer (30+) who has no criminal record, functions in society without problems, and has achieved independence himself. The project will be presented by program manager Lukáš Talpa, moderated by Sabina Vesecká.

What social and legal barriers do rainbow families face today, how is the public perception of motherhood changing, and what experiences do real stories of parents and children bring? The guests of the debate, which will follow the screening of the film Love me Tender, will be Hana Kulhánková (film expert and festival organizer) and Petr Kalla (lawyer, specialist in human rights and legal issues of LGBTIQ* people). The moderator will be Marina Vohralík Šternová. The discussion will offer space for professional context as well as sharing personal experiences and space for questions from the audience.
